The Guesthouse Rosenheim is only an 8minute-walk from the valley station.
The summer season runs from May 10 to November 8, 2026. The next winter season will be from November 25, 2026 until April 4, 2027.
The Ratschings-Jaufen cable is open from May 30th, 2026 and runs daily until October 4th, 2026. The lifts for the winter season reopen on December 4th and close on April 4th, 2027.
No, there is a free parking space waiting for your car.
You can charge your electric car at our Wellness-Sporthotel Ratschings or Berghotel Ratschings. The KW/h costs Euro 0,80.
Sure, no problem.
We're happy to pick you up from the train station or airport and drive you to the Wellness-Sporthotel Ratschings. Just let us know, by phone or in writing, where and when we should book a transfer for you (for a fee). You're also welcome to book a transfer yourself via the Südtirol Transfer portal.

If you haven't booked your holiday with half board and would like to come to dinner, we charge €36 per person. Alternatively, you can also choose individual dishes from the à la carte menu.
During the winter season (from December 25th) we serve the evening menu directly at the Guesthouse Rosenheim. In the summer season or in winter until December 24th, we await you for dinner in one of our 4-star hotels (Berghotel or Wellness-Sporthotel Ratschings).
We also prepare vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free dishes and cater to allergies and food intolerances. Just let us know when you make your booking.
We are happy to provide high chairs and your little ones can choose from the children's menu. Of course, we will respond to extra requests.
The saunas are available from 14:00 to 19:00.
As our sauna area is a nude area, it is accessible to young people aged 15 and over.

General Terms & Payment Conditions
All prices are per person, per day, and include half board, based on a stay of at least 3 days per person.
For stays of less than 3 days, we charge a 10% surcharge — year-round.
Yes, we charge a 15% surcharge for weekend stays. This applies in winter only.
No. In addition to the price, the local tourist tax (Ortstaxe) of the Municipality of Ratschings applies (per person aged 14 and over, per day), payable directly on site. It contributes to preserving the natural and cultural treasures of the Ratschings-Jaufen ski and hiking region.
Yes. For bed & breakfast, 15 euros per person per day are deducted from the half-board price.
Yes, dogs are welcome. We charge 20 euros per day (excluding food), or 30 euros per day in August. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the dining room.
Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure.
Our payment conditions
To confirm your booking, we ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer.
The remaining balance can be paid directly on site. Alternatively, you're welcome to transfer the full amount in advance.
If you take out our HR travel insurance, the deposit will be refunded in the event of a claim.
Our cancellation policy
Cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival are free of charge. Between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, a charge of 50% of the total booking amount applies. If you cancel within 2 weeks of arrival, or fail to arrive, the full booking amount is due.
You can avoid cancellation fees by taking out travel insurance. We recommend our HR travel insurance (€10 per night and room).
It applies if a person is unable to travel due to illness or a serious accident, if a first-degree family member has to be hospitalized due to a sudden emergency, if there is a sudden death in the family, or if major property damage has occurred (e.g. a house fire) that requires your presence.
We reserve the right to request confirmation in the form of a medical certificate or a certificate from a public authority. It cannot be claimed for late arrival or early departure.
