Included services and FAQs

All listed prices are per person, per night, based on a minimum stay of 3 nights, and include our “pamper” half board. An additional local tourist tax is charged per person, per night. Short stays & weekend surcharge:For stays under 3 nights, a 10% surcharge applies (year-round)For weekend stays (Friday to Sunday) during the winter season, a 15% surcharge applies. Breakfast only: If you prefer bed & breakfast instead of half board, we’ll deduct €15 per person, per night from the total rate. Travelling with a dog: We welcome dogs at €20 per day (without food), or €30 per day in August. Please note: dogs are not allowed in the dining room. Check-in & check-out: Your room is available from 2:00 PM on arrival day until 11:00 AM on departure day.

To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount, payable via bank transfer. You can settle the remaining balance conveniently on site (in cash, by debit card, or credit card), or, if preferred, you are welcome to transfer the full amount in advance. Please note: In case of cancellation, the deposit can only be refunded if you have purchased travel insurance that covers your reason for cancellation.

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival
• Between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival, 50% of the booking total is charged
• For cancellations within 2 weeks of arrival, or in case of no-show, 100% of the booking total will be charged

Travel Insurance Recommendation: To avoid these cancellation fees, we highly recommend our HR Travel Insurance, available at €10 per room, per night. This insurance covers cancellations due to:

• Illness or serious accident involving the guest
• Emergencies involving a first-degree family member
• Death in the family
• Major property damage requiring your presence (e.g. fire)

In the event of a cancellation, we reserve the right to request official documentation (e.g. medical certificate or insurance claim) as confirmation.
