Comfortable rooms with a homelike atmosphere promise you pure relaxation and healthy sleep. Nothing will be left to be desired – we do everything for you to feel well! All our rooms (ca. 20 - 25 m2) have a shower or bath tub, WC, hairdryer, safe, balcony and TV with SAT-receiver.

Relaxation with children in your holiday? No problem in our Guesthouse Rosenheim with our family rooms - a room for the parents and one for the children with a connecting door! Live in your own small world and spend wonderful hours with a wonderful view over the mountainside of Racines. Comfortable rooms with a homelike atmosphere promise you pure relaxation and a healthy sleep. Nothing will be left desired – we do everything for you to feel well! All our family rooms (ca. 40 - 45 m2) consist of two connected rooms. They have a shower or bath tub, toilet, hairdryer, balcony, safe and TV with SAT-receiver. In case of 2 adults and 2 or 3 children staying in a family room we offer a 20% discount during the winter season and a 25% discount during the summer season (children and young adults until their 18th birthday).

General terms and fine print:

All our prices are per person and night with a minimum stay of 3 days and include our “pamper half-board“. For a stay inferior to 3 days we add a surcharge of 10% (all year) - for stays on the weekend from Friday to Sunday we add a surcharge or 15% (during winter). Additionally, the tourist association charges a visitor's tax per night and person which is not included in the price and will be paid directly at the guesthouse. For your dog we charge 20 Euro per day without feed. The rooms are available to you on the day of your arrival from 2 pm until 11 am of the day of your departure.
