1. Accessibility Commitment

Berghotel Ratschings GmbH (hotels-ratschings.com) is committed to making its digital offerings accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We are continuously working to improve the usability of our website and to comply with the requirements of Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies.

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the harmonized standard EN 301 549 V3.2.1 (in German-speaking countries: BITV 2.0), due to the exceptions listed below.

The accessibility evaluation is based on a combination of automated tests (e.g., Google Lighthouse), analysis with the WAVE tool (wave.webaim.org), and manual checks using keyboard and screen reader navigation.
