In the evening, an exquisite 10-course menu, which is served at the restaurant, is the perfect finish. The kitchen team of our gourmet hotel in Racines combines typical South Tyrolean dishes with Italian and international classics, presenting them skilfully and taking you on a very special culinary trip. On request, you can also order your favourite dishes and, with our home service, enjoy them privately in your lodge.
